I definitely recommend the Sleep product. It takes me ages to fall asleep, when too many thoughts prevent my sleeping, then there are bad dreams, and I'm tired in the morning. I was surprised that the positive effect occurred after the first 2 capsules. I think it's different for everyone because all people are different. Hello to you all. I took MOOD on Wednesday the 4th of August and right next day, the 5th of August, our family experienced an unpleasant incident. I took really bad, especially mentally. On Thursday evening, I took two capsules. On Friday, I took 4 more capsules and on Saturday again; as I was already feeling better, I reduced the dosage to only 2 capsules a day since Sunday. I started taking the immunity pills on Monday. I have been using CBD oil for a year. I have tried different varieties, from scented to natural or plain. It has helped me with insomnia, nervousness, increased blood pressure (just because of my jitters), and occasional headaches. What I like about our oils is that although they are not scented, they taste more like herbs and unlike the ones I have tried, they work almost immediately. For sleeping, I've tried 6% and 18% so far, and during the day I have my favourite - the 12%. I don't take them right before going to bed, but around 8pm for example.

My experience with 12% cbd: My daughter is 5 years old, and would I usually administer only the 6%-cannabis in such a case, but I didn't have it with me. My daughter came and said she had a headache and her face was grey. I gave her 2 drops and it was really very fast. Not only did she gain back a normal colour in no time, she fell asleep like a baby at 5:30pm and slept until 7am without waking up. This post is not meant to give advice about administering cdb to babies, but I think I helped her faster and better than using regular medicine ❤️ #peace
