Recommended dosage:
Take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) daily, preferably with food.
Storage:
Store in a dry and dark place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Hemp oil
Cold pressed hemp oil comes from hemp seeds. It contains essential unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6 in an ideal ratio of 1:3. These acids are essential for our body and serve as basic building blocks in the formation of endocannabinoids. The human body cannot produce these unsaturated fatty acids, so they must be replenished through diet or supplementation. Hemp oil has anti-inflammatory effects, maintains a normal level of glucose in the blood, normal activity of the cardiovascular system – cholesterol level and natural immunity.
Hemp oil is also a significant source of polyphenols, which are substances commonly found in plants and fruits that often have significant antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. These substances play a key role for the proper bioavailability of unsaturated fatty acids.
Walnut oil
Cold-pressed walnut oil has beneficial effects on the human body. It supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, memory and concentration. Maintains lipid levels and lipid metabolism. It is an important antioxidant and supports natural defenses.
Cornflower oil
The oil is known to be rich in the essential omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), and it also contains a very high amount of stearidonic acid (SDA). SDA – a lesser-known omega-3 fatty acid – can be found in smaller quantities in other vegan staple foods, e.g. in hemp seed oil and spirulina. The oil also contains a high proportion of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which also belongs to rare fatty acids.
This is why nutritionists usually recommend that you get your dose of these Omega 3 fatty acids from other sources, e.g. from certain types of fish (salmon, herring and oysters) or a DHA supplement. However, this also has its risks. Fish oil often does not have sufficient quality and sufficient nutritional components. The formula with cameo oil is a more bioavailable source of omega-3 than traditional plant products.
Astaxanthin
The strongest natural antioxidant, which is 6000 times stronger than vitamin C. It is produced by the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis.
After being exposed to harmful external influences, our body does not remain without consequences. Free radicals are formed, which lead to DNA damage. The antioxidant Astaxanthin is exceptionally effective in eliminating free radicals and this dietary supplement contains 8 mg in a daily dose.

Vitamin K2 belongs to the fat-soluble vitamins. Ensures calcium deposits in bones and teeth. Marking MK7-vitamin K2 as MK-7 transports more calcium to the bones than vitamin K2 as MK-4.
Synergy of D3 and K2
Vitamins D3 and K2 complement each other. Vitamin K2 controls the absorption of vitamin D. Taking vitamin D3 or vitamin K2 alone will never be as effective as a combination of these vitamins.
Vitamin E
Essential vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress. It has many effects, but the human body cannot produce it, so we have to take vitamin E in food.
